You are used to dealing with stress and handling whatever comes your way. But what's happening now is major. You can't focus, sleeping is a thing of the past, and you feel anxious at some of the most unexpected moments. It's confusing because you've always been able to just "get it together" and now you would do anything if someone would just tell you what to do, so you find some relief.
Trauma, anxiety and depression are not a sign of weakness or laziness.
They are indicators that let us know we just need a bit of help and guidance with how to adapt. I know when I was hurting from PTSD I didn't want to hear "in a few years you might feel better." I wanted solutions and would do anything to feel better now.

You can expect to discover options and solutions as you are guided on your path of self-discovery to well-being. It isn't always easy, but then again, is life easy for you now? You will have exercises that help you stay active and on track even when you aren't here in the office. But we don't stop at good enough. You will be guided, given the tools, and taught the skills to help you discover your new life of fulfillment. And let's face it, with or without trauma, that's what we all want, isn't it?
